Party planning checklist
We will be doing all of the planning however, we still require information from you such as guest names and contact details, your desired theme etc.
Our team will send you a checklist of things to complete so that we can do the rest!
E-invite, Card invite and RSVP handling
Don’t worry about your invites being sent out on time or reminding your guests that your party is coming up! We will post, e-mail and Whatsapp the invitations to your invitees. We will send reminders approaching the date and handle all RSVP’s and apologies.
Party to-do list
Your event to-do list is everything you'll need to think about from start to finish but the great thing about this is, your event planner will manage this for you in a scheduled format and keep you prompted on anything you may have forgotten.
Party admin
We are sure you are too excited for your party to be sending e-mails to different party suppliers, making phone calls all day, constantly updating the list of names and the list goes on!
With this package, your event planner will manage this for you!
Budgeting
Your event planner will discuss your event budget with you and advise the best options to bring your party to life, whilst fitting within your budget.
Your event planner will tell you if your budget is realistic for your requirements.
Venue finding (3 venues)
Your event planner will provide details of 3 venues that suit your requirements and budget for your party. If you already have a venue in mind then that is great! We can get in contact with your desired venue and get the ball rolling.
Main point of contact for venue
There is no need for you to worry about having to communicate with your event venue about anything, we want to keep everything as simple as possible for you. Your event planner will do that for you from beginning to end to alleviate that stress.

Tell us the theme you would like at your party and we will do the rest
Caterer
Tell us what food you’d like at your event and we will find 3 different caterers that best suit your requirements for you to choose from.
Event Budget Reconciliation
We will work with you to reconcile your budget and ensure you get all your suppliers paid on time
The Corporate Event
1 initial appointment to discuss your event
We will schedule an initial phone appointment (up to 1 hour) to discuss what you require for your event, discuss ideas and your overall budget.
Venue search
We will search for 3 suitable venues that match your requirements in your preferred location.
Suppliers
We have a long list of recommended suppliers that we will liaise with on your behalf to supply any AV equipment, decor, catering, accommodation, marketing materials etc.
Managing delegates
We will create an online booking system for your event where delegates can sign up, buy tickets and receive any updates regarding your event.
Communication
We will send out the final agenda (if required) to all delegates and send out 2 reminders of the event leading up to the start date. This will include important information such as directions, parking information and anything else they may need to know regarding the venue and event.
Final details
We will be the main contact for your selected venue.
All communication regarding the finalised plan will happen between our event manager and the venue e.g. agenda, equipment, venue contact on the day etc.
Accommodation (optional)
We will search for suitable accommodation local to the venue (2 different accommodation choices). Rooming lists and delegate requirements are managed via our events manager.
Delegate point of contact
We will be the main point of contact leading up to the event (for 7 days) for any questions delegates may have.
Most last minute questions and amendments tend to happen the week before arrival. Having you event manager as a main point of contact for your event will help to avoid stress for both you and the delegate as we will always respond in a timely manner.

Post Event Feedback
Once the event has ended, we will request feedback from all delegates (which is optional for the delegate). 48 hours after the request has been sent out, we will collate the feedback that has been returned, organise the feedback and send straight to the main organiser.
